Term
Each purchase is a single payment for a 12-month licence, counted from the day the payment clears. The licence is not perpetual and it does not renew itself: when the 12 months are up it simply ends, and nothing is charged again unless you place a new order.

One ZIP per clock, released on the deploy page the instant payment clears: the compiled unit (.ex5) and its deployment protocol (PDF). The same page prints the Core Token and the deploy token, and its address stays live for the length of the term.

Payment
Whop runs the card frame inside this page. The number typed into it is held by Whop and never reaches this desk, which receives a paid-or-not signal, the email address given to the frame and the name the processor reports. Seller and licensor of every unit on this site: AlgoTeraX. Whop's part is the card payment and nothing beyond it; Whop neither sells, supplies nor licenses the software.

On clocks, terms and money.
- 01Is anything here recurring?
- Nothing. A clock is one charge for a 12-month licence, the term is printed above the card frame, and there is no subscription to cancel because none was started.
- 02Month 12: what then?
- The licence lapses and the unit is no longer licensed to run. Ahead of the date the desk writes with an offer of a fresh term at the then-current price; silence costs nothing and charges nothing.
- 03Why is the flagship clock priced so far above the entry clock?
- They are different machines. Base Clock is Ignite as shipped: one layer, a handful of parameters, the way in. Redline is the Apex build the desk runs on its own account: three layers, every parameter on the sheet, the preset file and the ops priority lane. Price tracks what is switched on. It tracks a projected return on no clock, ever.
- 04Two units on one account?
- Allowed; each clock is a separate licence with its own binary and Core Token. Advised against until the first unit has run on demo long enough to be boring, because two engines on one balance stack their exposure and tend to draw down together.
- 05What lands after the charge clears?
- Release: one ZIP on the deploy page the instant Whop confirms the charge. Contents: the .ex5 compiled for your clock and the deployment protocol (PDF) with the licensed parameter readout. Identity: Core Token and deploy token, printed on the same page. Failure mode: mail the deploy token to [email protected] and the archive goes out by hand.
- 06Refunds?
- Rarely, because the file has already been released. Always for: duplicate capture, a charge with no release, the wrong clock delivered, a unit that will not run after joint attempts, unauthorised card use, or a statute that says so. Never for losing trades or second thoughts. P-3 has the whole protocol.
