Sale Terms

The term and what a charge buys sit at the top, because those are the two facts worth checking before paying. The rest settles who is selling and where responsibility stops. Arming a unit on algoterax.com accepts all fourteen.

  1. P-1.1

    12 months, one charge

    The term runs 12 months from the day the charge clears. Fixed at that. Nothing renews, nothing subscribes, nothing takes a second payment without a fresh order placed by you. The figure is printed on the arm page, above the card frame, before anything is charged.

  2. P-1.2

    What one charge buys

    One clock of one unit, for the term above. What lands is a single ZIP on the deploy page once the processor confirms the charge: the .ex5 compiled for that clock, and its deployment protocol (PDF). What you may then do with it is P-2 Unit Licence, which forms part of this contract.

  3. P-1.3

    Release, and why it is final

    The binary goes out against the confirmed charge, and a binary that has gone out cannot be handed back. That, and not a preference of the desk’s, is why a completed sale stands. P-3 Refund Protocol lists the cases refunded on sight; use it before a card dispute, because it is faster for both sides.

  4. P-1.4

    The card frame

    Seller and licensor of every unit on this site: AlgoTeraX. Whop's part is the card payment and nothing beyond it; Whop neither sells, supplies nor licenses the software. The frame itself belongs to Whop: a number typed into it stays with Whop, under Whop’s own terms for the card transaction. Prices are US dollars unless the frame says otherwise, and whatever tax your own country charges is yours to settle.

  5. P-1.5

    Who may arm a unit

    Eighteen or over, and able to enter a contract where you live. Automated trading has to be permitted both by your law and by your broker’s account terms — the desk can inspect neither, so both are yours to check before you pay.

  6. P-1.6

    Who is selling

    Seller and licensor: AlgoTeraX, “the desk” for the rest of this document. Buyer: you. The contract exists from the moment a payment clears on the arm page — reading the site creates nothing.

    AlgoTeraX is a trading name, not an incorporated company. The desk is operated independently by an individual who has cleared identity verification with our payment processor. A request to [email protected] returns the operator's full legal and contact details.

  7. P-1.7

    What the desk is not

    Compiled expert advisors for MetaTrader 5, licensed for a fixed term. That is the entire business. No brokerage, no custody, no managed accounts, no signals, no advisory service, no fund. Nothing on this site recommends a trade, an instrument or a broker to anyone.

  8. P-1.8

    Whose money is whose

    The licence fee is the only sum that ever reaches the desk. Deposits, margin, profit and loss all sit at your broker, behind credentials nobody here asks for. Every order a unit sends leaves your terminal, on your account, as your own act.

  9. P-1.9

    Platform and broker, neither of them the desk’s

    MetaTrader 5 belongs to its publisher. Your broker is yours. Platform updates, outages, spreads, commissions, fill quality and account decisions all sit with them, under their terms, and the desk answers for none of it.

  10. P-1.10

    Ending a licence early

    • running a unit where your own law or your broker’s account terms forbid automation;
    • putting claims or figures in the desk’s mouth that it never published;
    • a released file reaching anyone else, by any route, paid or unpaid;
    • decompiling, patching or unpacking a unit, interfering with a licence check, or pointing one at money that is not yours.

    Any one of them ends the licence the same day, and may be pursued beyond that.

  11. P-1.11

    Ownership of what you are looking at

    The units, the protocols, the AlgoTeraX mark and everything on this site belong to AlgoTeraX or to its licensors. A licence buys permission to use. It moves nothing.

  12. P-1.12

    The ceiling

    So far as the law permits: nothing is owed for trading losses, for lost profit, or for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss of any kind. Total liability on any one product is the price that was paid for it. You hold AlgoTeraX harmless against claims arising from your trading, your use of a unit, or your own breach of these terms.

  13. P-1.13

    Supplied as it stands

    Site and software come as they are. No warranty is given, express or implied: not merchantability, not fitness for any purpose, not uninterrupted or error-free running, and never profit or the repetition of a published figure. P-4 Risk Disclosure and P-5 Benchmark Disclosure belong to this clause.

  14. P-1.14

    Statute, versions, contact

    Mandatory consumer law where you live overrides any clause it conflicts with, to the extent of the conflict.

    The review date in the status bar marks the version in force. Whatever version was current on the day you bought is the one that governs your purchase.
