What the clock lets you do
- keep one private backup of the archive, offline, for as long as the term runs;
- install on one workstation and one hosted box you control, one copy on each, pointed at any account of your own — live or demo;
- take every build the desk publishes for your clock while the term is open.

What voids it on the spot
- resale, rental or sublicence in any form;
- a free hand-off: lent, gifted, or left where somebody else can take a copy;
- upload to a host, forum, marketplace, tracker or chat, open or closed;
- decompilation, disassembly, or any attempt to read the source back out of the binary;
- patching the file, or interfering with anything that checks the licence;
- ownership notices stripped, edited or obscured;
- running the unit on money that is not yours: managed accounts, copy feeds, signal rooms.

The only remedy there is
A file that reaches another person ends the licence the same day, with nothing refunded. The product is one binary; once it is loose there is nothing else to take back.

The grant
Clock paid, terms kept: AlgoTeraX permits you to install and run that clock of that unit on trading accounts you own or control. Personal. Non-transferable. Withdrawn on breach.

What lands, and what names it
One ZIP on the deploy page: the .ex5 compiled for your clock, and the deployment protocol (PDF) stating the configuration the clock is licensed for.
Two identifiers bind the licence — the deploy token carried in the page address, and the Core Token printed on the page itself. Neither is ever typed into the unit. Both name your order when you write in.

How long it runs
The clock starts the day the charge clears and stops 12 months later on its own, with nothing taken. No clause on this page lengthens it. A fresh order does.

New builds
Anything the desk publishes for your clock during the term arrives under this same licence. MetaTrader ships new builds and brokers rename their instruments; the desk works to keep units running through both and guarantees immunity from neither.

Month 12
Stop the unit on the last day and delete the copies, backup included. The desk offers a further term before that date, at whatever the price is then. Ignore the offer and nothing is charged.

Closing states
Two ways this ends: the term runs out, or a clause above is broken. Both mean the same thing — switch off, delete. What outlives the licence: title, the void list, and the liability ceiling in P-1 Sale Terms.

Title
Licensed, never sold. Title and every intellectual-property right in the units, the protocols and the marks stay with AlgoTeraX. Nothing on this page moves them an inch.

No warranty on outcome
Supplied as it stands. Automated trading loses money, and no profit, outcome or repeated figure is promised anywhere. P-4 Risk Disclosure and P-5 Benchmark Disclosure are written into this clause.
