Paid, but no binary
Charge cleared, no archive: the deploy page is stuck on confirming, the pull never started, or it died partway. Mail the deploy token (it sits in the page address and on the page itself) and the desk sends the ZIP as an attachment.

The desk invoices the gap between the two, then issues a new deploy page against the higher build. Your twelve months keep counting from the original charge; nothing restarts.
